After a month at Arizona Training Lab I can truly say my understanding of health and fitness has changed drastically.The results I have seen in such a short time are amazing and reinforce that this program works!
The challenge was not only focused on the physical aspect of your body but also the mental. It taught me how to eat better and learn more about my body and health. The trainers were the best a girl could ever ask for, they pushed you to do your best and were always available to answer questions and help out whenever needed.
This place is awesome. I love coming to my workouts daily and after only a month I have seen some great results. But more importantly I have such a better understanding of how to incorporate food and working out into my day to day routine. The workouts are intense but they make it so fun you keep coming back for more.
I signed up for the weightloss challenge and lost 14 pounds in one month! With the guidelines Dave gave me for carb and protein counts, I’ve been able to lose 28 pounds, but more importantly gained muscle and lost a lot of inches (I still need to calculate that). His strength training has given me the confidence to run my first 5K and hike Camelback Mountain for the first time this year.
