Katie brings her energy to Arizona Training Lab from her background as an indoor cycling instructor. She also has a passion for nutrition and is excited to share that with any member who wants to feel their best. Katie’s biggest motivation for coaching is the idea that people may not truly know how great it feels to feel “good” until they take that leap into changing their daily routines to allow for more activity and better nutrition.
