January 2016 Member Of The Month

We are bringing in the new year strong. It’s a great time to get those resolutions rolling and we are excited to see what 2016 will bring.

There are a couple changes to the protocol of member of the month. We will be deciding and notifying the winner within the first 7 days of the month. The criteria we are looking at include consistency, results, involvement, and a great person to have in class. One thing we have changed, starting with this month, is that each member of the month gets to create their own bootcamp that will be used at the end of the month.

The January 2016 Member of the Month is Jenn Bracy! Jenn has lost well over 10 pounds during the holiday season and has kept it consistent. We look forward to her further success in the future. Congratulations Jenn!

1. How long have you been coming to Arizona Training Lab?JennBracy
I think about a year and a half.

 

2. What is your favorite part about Arizona Training Lab?
I love that it is something new every day, always a challenge, and the fact that
you are out in 40 minutes!

 

3. If you could create the perfect Bootcamp class which exercises WOULD you include? (This will be used at the end of the month as an actual workout)
Ropes, T-Push Ups, Tricep band pulls, Mountain Climbers, Med Ball Slams, Bicep Curls

5. What advice would you give to anyone interested in coming to Arizona Training Lab?
Stick with it and take advantage of the nutritional support that you guys have to offer.

 

6. What celebrity would you like to go to dinner with and where would you take them?
Howard Stern, and Hillstone.
