I have been coming to Arizona Training Lab for about 9 months and I’ve lost 20 lbs. The bootcamp classes are intense and I enjoy every minute of it. I also participated in a 6 week weight loss challenge and got amazing results. The trainers are fantastic and I absolutely love this gym. Two years ago I started at ATL. I was at least 15 to 20 pounds overweight and didn’t have any energy. I joined one of the ATL challenges and lost 15 pounds! I continued with the nutrition advice provided by Dave, and I lost another 10. It’s been almost 2 years since the challenge, and I’ve kept all the weight off by participating in the Boot Camp classes, taking the Saturday abs class, and continuing to watch my nutrition.
